Our men’s ministry has been a great opportunity to help our seniors, single mothers and others with home repairs, fixing cars, heat and air and much more! We also meet for breakfast once a month at a local restaurant. During our fellowship together we plan for times to help those who have needs.
Birthed out of a need to help to women who have been abused and find themselves without support. Liberal has a crises center for these women. We give financial support and bring in donation for everything from toothpaste to household needs!
Once every month Central “church” becomes Central “Cinema.” We are starting our fourth year of this outreach to our community. Because of our licensing agreement with the film makers we have been able to show first run films! Some before they are released to theaters. Good quality family films like the number one “War Room.” “October Baby.” God’s not dead.” “When the game stands tall.” “Woodlawn” and many others! We offer free soda and pop corn as much as you want in a very comfortable atmosphere. This happens the 3 rd Saturday of every month at 7:00p.m.
Central has been chosen to work with the Graham organization in sharing community activities here in Liberal Kansas and the surrounding counties. This includes Defining moments, the Cross and other out reaches from “My Hope” We also have community movies from BGM to train, uplift and commission.
Our women touch our city, county and many missions around the world. They have wonderful fellowship together while the raise money, make shoes for the Soul Hope outreach. Special project for our church and much much more!
We cooperate with our Local Ministerial Alliance. Providing Bibles for graduating seniors, food, gas and overnight stay for transients. All churches meet together at Thanksgiving time for an evening of worship and the Word.
We partner with BTM with Pastor’s night of encouragement. Revivals, conferences and other opportunities to out reach and encourage. We have worked with BTM for almost 8 years now. He first came to us when we were a very small group and he has been an ongoing mentor and guide for us. We truly owe him a debt of thanks for all he has done for us and the encouragement he has been to our 30 plus pastors in this area.
